Quiet hotel, marvellous location in the middle of jackson and AMIABLE staff. Clean rooms, overlooking street. Location next to ADO bus station and main square, the city center, and tulum. Pleasant overall experience.

The twin room featured climate control, a fridge, and coffee/tea makers, along with a private bathroom for added convenience. the staff was fantastic, always wearing a smile. the location was ideal, with a short walk to the ADO bus station and the main square, making it easy to explore the area.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main square and Tulum. the staff provided excellent service, ensuring everything felt brand-new. My room was equipped with climate control, a refrigerator, and coffee/tea making machines. It also had a lovely view of the garden. the venue's stunning location in the heart of Jackson made my stay even better, and I was close to Plaza Andador Tulum. Overall, I greatly enjoyed my time there.
